Returns


  • Exchanges:
  • • We do not accept any exchanges at this time.

  • Return Policy:
  • We are sure you will be happy and satisfied with your purchase, but in any case you are not happy with your item please simply request a Returns Form by contacting us via sales@applesandfigs.com

  • •  Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • •  Hair accessories, Earrings, Ear Cuffs cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Pierced earrings including earring pendants are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty. 

  • • All items must be returned with original packaging using a fully trackable and insured method of shipment such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX or similar. Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is on your expenses.

  • • If by any case your jewellery becomes faulty within 14 days of receipt, you will be offered a choice of a refund or a replacement (if applicable). If the stock is still available of that particular piece we will send you a replacement of the same item.

  • • Faulty items will be accepted back if the goods delivered to the customer are damaged or faulty. All items returned as faulty will be inspected, if the item is displaying signs of damage due to customer wear and tear, unfortunately it won't be accepted as faulty. If not accepted faulty, it is the customer's responsability to arrange collection or pay for the postange for the item to be redelivered to the customer. 

  • • We cannot accept any returns if the merchandise is worn or damaged due to customer wear and tear. The items must be returned in a saleable condition. 

  • • Any merchandise marked “SALE” cannot be returned due to limited stock quantities.

  • • We can only offer return for items that have been purchased directly from APPLES & FIGS. We do not offer return for items purchased from APPLES & FIGS Stockists.

 

  • For Returns / Don’t Worry It is 3 Simple Steps!

  • Step 1: FILL IN YOUR RETURNS FORM

  • •  Please kindly request a Returns Form by sending us an e-mail to sales@applesandfigs.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note "Refund Request : your order number " on the subject line. You will receive an email from us within 24hrs providing you a Refund Form. Please fill this in and enclose it with your items to be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Step 2: PACK YOUR JEWELLERY IN CORRECT WAY

  • • Pack the jewellery you like to return in its original packaging and seal securely. Please make sure to put protective material such as bubble wrap around the jewellery box to minimize the delivery damage.

  • • If you are returning more than one piece from the same order, make sure to put all the jewellery boxes in the same package. [Note: As you may be charged from any subsequent returns.]

  • • Please make sure to write your order number on the outside and inside of your box.

  • • Please note we cannot accept any returns if its not returned with its original jewellery packaging.

  • Step 3: SEND YOUR PARCEL:

  • • Please make sure to use a fully trackable method of shipping. Please note that the cost of returning a purchase is on your expenses.

  • • Please note Apples & Figs does not accept any responsibility with undelivered items.

  • • Please keep your tracking number and receipt for proof of postage.

  • • Please note you are responsible for any costs incurred in returning your jewellery.

  • Refunds and Processing:

  • • We will process your return within 21 days of receiving it. For your information, most of the time it takes us much quicker and we aim to process it within 10 days.

  • • You will receive your refund in the original form of payment.

  • • We cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
