All fine jewellery is made to order. Our production time is 10-15 business days, however if you require delivery quicker than 2 weeks; please reach out to us so that we may try to accommodate your request. 

All fashion jewellery is available in stock. Your order will be shipped between 2-4 business days. If an item is out of stock; a sales representative will notify you about this delay.

Yes! We have Express International delivery service. However some countries have import restrictions that prohibit us from shipping jewellery, for example Russia. Please kindly note that we are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by your local country at the time of delivery.

Yes, our orders are fully trackable via DHL. You will receive an e-mail from us with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched. Please use the link & information provided within the dispatch e-mail in order to track your parcel. Please always check your junk box if emails are not received. 

Fine Jewellery / We are happy to repair your Apples & Figs fine jewellery if they are defective or damaged in time. Please send us an email at with your order number, the name of your piece, a photograph and an explanation of the issue. We will contact you as soon as possible once we review your request. 

Fashion Jewellery / At the moment, we don’t have a service for repairs or alterations for Apples & Figs fashion jewellery. 

Some of our pendants come with their own chains and some without. This information is specified next to the product under “product details” section.

We choose our samples from our stock available for photography. The photos shown on the website are used to represent the example of the item. Because we use semi-precious, natural and man-made gemstones and baroque pearls, some of the items might differ slightly from each other in terms of color tone and shape. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Please kindly be aware every computer monitor has different settings so color and size may vary. 

Accordingly, if you have any questions about an item, please contact us a prior to placing your order. We are happy to answer any questions and provide additional images, if requested. However, we will not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of our jewellery displayed on our website.
